The Last Few Weeks

The Last Few Weeks
I know it's been awhile since I posted anything but man I've been busy. Love our little guy.
First Thanksgiving such a "big bird" I posted this picture on a family website and my cousin wrote the following news report.

"...that's the weather and sports. Now on a sadder note, inhabitants of Seasame Street are in mourning this week as funeral preparations are made to honor one of their own.""That's right, Tom, flowers, candles and cards surround the large nest in the alley after a routine 'Good Will' visit to Canada earlier this week turned deadly. Tom Jonson has the details""Thank you, Sarah. The tragedy took place just outside of Caroline, Alberta, where long-time Seasame Street resident Big Bird was visiting family members. Mr. Bird had planned to spend only a few days in Caroline before continuing his semi-annual trans-continental elementary school tour, he never completed that tour."The murder is still under investigation; however, officials have released the name of one suspect. John Tricker of Caroline has been named as a suspect and his wife, Mariann, is officially a 'person of interest' in the investigation. Witnesses claim to have heard the Trickers boasting of an exceptionally fine Thanksgiving dinner, but at this time police officials are not making any comment as to whether the killing and the holiday are connected."**police chief at press conference**"We are not making any statment to that effect at this time... it is an on-going investigation... we have no comment..."**back to reporter**"The investigation is expected to continue throughout the remainder of the month, but so far there has been no word of when official indictments will take place. Back to you, Sarah.""Sad, so sad. Funeral proceedings will be held at Hoopers store located on Seasame Street, early Monday morning. Those wishing to contribute to a memoral scholarship fund established in Big Bird's name can do so by contacting this station.""It truely is a tradedy..... In financial news, the Dow is showing...."
